  19. Prepare 2 tsp of Green chilli sauce.
  20. You need 1 tsp of Red chilli Sauce.
  21. It's 2 tbsp of Corn flour.
  22. It's 2 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
  23. Prepare 1 cup of finely chopped beans.
  24. You need 1 cup of finely chopped Carrot.
  25. You need 2 tbsp of Coriander leaves finely chopped.
  26. Prepare 1 tsp of Black pepper powder.
  27. It's 1 tbsp of corn starch slurry.

Mixed Vegetables dry Manchurian instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Chopped veggies and saute.
  2. It for couple of mins Remove it to a bowl and cool it down..
  3. Add in flour salt,chilli flakes and mix it well.
  4. Shape it in to balls Now heat oil for deep frying..
  5. Drop the balls in and fry till golden brown.
  6. Drain onto some paper towel and set aside..
  7. Heat oil in a pan add in spring onion white part ginger garlic and chilled saute for 2 to 3 times..
  8. Add in all the sauces,salt,super,chilli flakes and mix well..
  9. Now add in the fried balls and toss well in the sauce..
  10. Now add in spring onion green and mix well..
  11. Takek your mixed veggies as suggested cauliflower,bell peppers,.
  12. Cabbage beans,Carrot or your preferred choice and chop them very finely or you can grate them.
  13. Heat little oil in a pan and add in the veggies and give a quick toss..
  14. Saute till raw smell leaves from the mix remove to a bowl add in little salt,red chilli flakes.
  15. Add in flour and mix well..
  16. Take heat oil and spring onion,white onion, ginger garlic.
  17. And chillies saute for a min..
  18. Then add in ketchup,soya sauce,.
  19. Red chilli sauce,green chllii sauce,Vinegar.
  20. Add mix well add in little salt.
  21. Dont add too much because the sauce.
  22. Has salt in them add in chilli flakes.
  23. Add in a little bit of sugar and mix well till it thickens..
  24. Add in balls toss well add in spring onion green add coriander leaves add cornstarch slurry and mix well.
  25. Mix well and then starter serve. Serve hot.l.
