- It's of soya beans(washed n peeled).
- Prepare of big coconut (scrapped n grated).
- You need of Lime juice.
- It's of Oil for frying.

- Wash soya beans n coconut..
- Grind and sieve with little water.
- Put on fire.
- When it starts boiling,add lime juice.
- When it curdles all d milk in one place.
- Sieve with a cloth.
- Keep to drain.
- Mix Maggi n salt in a cup of water, add coconut flavour.
- Now cut awara (tofu) into desired shapes.
- Then dip in the Maggi n salt water and leave for like 2 minutes.
- Remove and fry in hot oil till golden brown.
- Eat with yaji as a snack,lunch or dinner..
