- Fill saucepan with water & Boil potatoes for 10 mins.
- Preheat oven to No 5.
- Drain potatoes then Cut in half, cut Chorizo into half inch pieces.
- Chop chilli, Red onion, Corgette, Jalapeno & Peppers into small pieces.
- Place all ingredients into baking tray then apply olive oil.
- Cook for 40 mins on middle shelf, turning everything half way through.
- When done sprinkle black pepper, salt & thousand island dressing. Yum..
